Pomegranate.

Favorite dish: The Arizona Roll plate. It was packed with creative flavor: Nori seaweed stuffed with almond cheese, avocado and a rainbow of fresh veggies with sweet Miso dressing and wasabi.

I also enjoyed the Athena's Favorite plate, a platter of white bean hummus, basil pesto, fresh veggies, quinoa tabouli, olives, feta and spelt crackers.

The raw chocolate raspberry cheesecake made me salivate, and the coconut lime cake was addicting.
